The holidays are fast approaching, and we’ve got a few important announcements to make sure your orders arrive on time.
Our offices will be closed from December 25th through January 1st. For packaging and product orders placed around the holidays, please check out the deadlines and information below.
Friday, December 13th is the last day to place an order to have it arrive before the holidays. Orders received by 5pm Pacific Time on Friday, December 13th will be set up for delivery by Tuesday, December 24th. You can place an order online, call us at 1-877-286-0617 or get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you’re one of our Subscribe & Save packaging customers and your typical delivery date is during our holiday closure, we’ll be in touch with you directly to discuss what works best for your delivery schedule.
In case you have an urgent, last-minute packaging order between December 24th and January 1st, please call us at 1-877-286-0617 and follow the instructions to reach a real, live person. We’ll do our very best to fulfill your order asap, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipment timelines over the holiday season.
